Divine Bovine's Gourmet Beef Jerky (Original Flavor) is tasty. Unlike the other brands reviewed to date, this jerky is soft. Divine Bovine's Gourmet Beef Jerky is made from beef brisket, which obviously contributes to the texture. It's not too salty, but has a flavor of soy sauce that two of our four reviewers found odd...not bad, just different. Our 4.0 ounce bag was purchased at Stater Brothers Supermarket in Southern California for $5.99. This jerky appears to be a local or regional brand. So far, it's our highest rated jerky! You might want to give it a shot. I'm sure you can find them online if the brand isn't sold in your area.
